2021 Ugandan general election

A general election was held in Uganda on 14 January 2021 to elect the President and the Parliament.[1][2] Incumbent President Yoweri Museveni, who has ruled the country since 1986, was re-elected for a sixth term with 58.64% of the vote.[3] Voter turnout was 57%.[4]
