Black swan theory

The Black Swan theory is the phenomenom of something greatly unexpected happening with major consequences and with little to explanation as to why it happened. These events are typically not meant to happen and is not prepared for but with the benefit of hindsight, it is believed to of been unavoidable. The term was created because of an ancient saying that black swans did not exist, until found in Australia in 1697 and the sighting was seen as an unexpected event, hence the meaning of the name.
