Blasco Peñaherrera Padilla
Blasco Peñaherrera Padilla (born 22 February 1934) is an Ecuadorian politician. He was the 37th Vice President of Ecuador from 1984 to 1988. He served during the León Febres Cordero presidency.[1] He was born in Quito.
