Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War

Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War is a first-person shooter video game developed by Treyarch and Raven Software and published by Activision. It is the fifth installment of the Black Ops series, and the seventeenth installment in the overall Call of Duty series.

Background

It is a sequel to Call of Duty: Black Ops, Black Ops Cold War was released on November 13, 2020.[1][2]

The game's campaign reveal took place on August 26, 2020,[3][4] and its multiplayer mode was set to be published on September 9th, 2020. It is currently available on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and Windows 8 and 10. It costs 60 USD for the Base game.

Plot

Black Ops Cold War is set during the early 1980s of the Cold War during the Ronald Reagan presidency. The campaign follows CIA operative Russell Adler as he looks for an alleged Soviet spy, Perseus, whose stated goal is to subvert the United States and tilt the balance of power toward the Soviet Union.
