Cheltenham /ˈtʃɛltnəm/, also known as Cheltenham Spa, is the second largest town in Gloucestershire with a population of about 117,500 in mid 2016.

It is famous for having a large amount of millionaires with a rate of 43 multimillionaires per 100,000 people, the third largest in the United Kingdom.
