Chen Li-an

Chen Li-an (Chinese: 陳履安; pinyin: Chén Lǚ'ān; born 22 June 1937), sometimes spelled Chen Lu-an, is a Taiwanese electrical engineer, mathematician and retired politician. He was born in Qingtian, Zhejiang, Republic of China. From 1993 to 1995, he was the President of Control Yuan.[1]

Chen was Minister of Economic Affairs of the Republic of China from 1988 to 1990. He was Minister of National Defense of the Republic of China from 1991 to 1993.[2]
