The song was able to make it to #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 and was certified Gold by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).[1][2]

The song is about a rock star coming home after touring and finding his girlfriend cheating on him. Lead singer Bret Michaels said he wrote the song after he called his girlfriend and heard another man's voice in the background.[3]
