English: A scale diagram showing the size of the titanosaur Dreadnoughtus compared to a human.
•Dreadnoughtus silhouette modified from a skeletal diagram by Kevin Yan, retrieved online:[1].
•Dreadnoughtus is one of the more complete giant titanosaurs known. The remains include material from parts of the neck, limb bones, scapular, pelvic bones and a lot of the tail. The neck of Dreadnoughtus is only known from two bones, so the exact length is uncertain. The size of the vertebrae implies a long neck.[2] The neck length shown here is estimated from other more complete titanosaurs, assuming the largest known neck bone represents the ninth cervical, as per Lacovara et al. However, changing the assumption regarding the position of this neck bone can impact the estimated neck length.[3]
• Humans scaled to 170 cm (5 ft 7 in) and 160 cm (5 ft 3 in).
