English: Injera is a typical food of Ethiopia. It is made particularly from Teff Powder. Its like a pancake on which different sauces made from grains and meat will be put on and ate together.It can also be eaten fresh on its own. It is also prepared from Maize, Sorghum, Wheat and Barley flours. It has a life span of 3 - 4 days once baked, with a bit of sour taste as it stays longer. አማርኛ: እንጀራ የኢትዮጵያ ተወዳጅ ምግብ ነው፤ በምስሉ ላይ እንደሚታየው በትኩሱ ምጣድ ላይ እንደተጋገረ ነው። እንጀራ ባብዛኛው ከ ጤፍ ዱቄት የሚዘጋጅ ቢሆንም ፣ ከ በቆሎ ፣ ከማሽላ ፣ ከስንዴ እና ከ ገብስ ዱቄትም ሊዘጋጅ ይችላል። እንጀራ ከ እህል እና ከ ስጋ ዘር ከሚዘጋጁ ወጦች ጋር የሚበላ ቢሆን ፣ በትኩሱ ብቻውንም ሊበላ ይችላል። ከተጋገረ በኋላ ከሶስት እስከ አራት ቀን የመቆየት አቅም ቢኖረውም ፣ ሲቆይ አፍ ላይ መጠነኛ መምረር ሊኖረው ይችላል።
