Description Rap artist, Ja Rule, and his band perform on stage, during the nighttime portion of the Tribute to Our Heroes" celebration held at Fort Hood, Texas. The tribute honors US Army (USA) Soldiers who have recently returned from the War on Terrorism, is sponsored by the Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) Department, and will consist of nine hours of live music and entertainment.
