Seller lists this as 1945. Ad copy says she was appearing in en:The Affairs of Susan at the time. The film premiered in 1945. Ad copy also says the company is supplying the war effort and has suspended its silver business, but will return to its tableware production after victory.
Pre-1978, no mark. Rogers Bros. didn't mark the ad as copyrighted; any copyrights for the magazine would not apply to the ad. There are no copyright marks on the ad.
