Description
English: Facing northeast at the intersection of 22nd Street and New Hampshire Avenue, N.W., in the West End neighborhood of Washington, D.C.

22 West (left), a 92-unit, zinc-and-glass, 11-story, luxury condominium, was built by real estate developer Anthony Lanier of EastBanc, Inc., to the designs of architectural firm Shalom Baranes Associates. The $120 million project was completed in 2008.

1100 New Hampshire Avenue, N.W., (left; foreground) is a small commercial property which originally served as a private residence when built in 1902.
