Summary

REX is a instrument abord NASA's New Horizons space probe. It consist of an electronics card and utilizes the main X-band communication antenna (pictured). Note as well: The blue cables along with the short metallic bars at the ends of the blue cables is some testing equipment that was removed before launch.
