Blasonierung: In Grün über zwei fächerförmig gestellten, an den Stielen gekreuzten silbernen Eichenblättern ein goldener Brunnen, bestehend aus Steinbecken, Säule und zwei Röhren, aus denen goldenes Wasser in das Becken fließt. Zu beiden Seiten der Brunnensäule ein silbernes Eichenblatt.
