English: 32 meter rescue lift S1 of Roskilde Fire Brigade extracted.
The photo illustrates the lift's advantage compared to a normal turntable ladder: Due to its bendable joints it can easily reach up behind a ridge or below ground plan under a bridge.
Under the vehicle's rear lights hoses can be connected to supply the basket's water cannon and small hose. The vehicle can be controlled either from a seat on the lift's left side, from the basket or via the control panel on the vehicle's rear end.
Furthermore it brings two extra oxygen bottles - one for each crew member.

Fotoet illustrerer liftens fordel sammenlignet med en almindelige drejestige: Dens bevægelige led gør, at den nemt kan nå ind over en tagryg eller under grundplan under en bro.
Under køretøjets baglygter kan der tilsluttes slanger til at forsyne kurvens vandkanon og lille slange. Køretøjet kan styres enten fra et sæde på liftens venstre side, fra kurven eller ved kontrolpanelet på køretøjets bagende.
Desuden medbringes to ekstra luftflasker - en til hver mand på køretøjet.
