Description This Wattled Honeyeater is of the Samoan and Tongan subspecies that actually has prominent wattles (unlike the Fijian subspecies). It was a noisy and common species on 'Eua and Fafa, less common on Tongatapu. This bird was photographed in 'Eua, Tonga.
