Ice Bro is a sub-species of koopa troopa that is similar to a Hammer Bro. It first appeared In New Super Mario Bros. Wii in 2009 on World 3. Ice Bros are similar to other Bros other than throwing ice balls instead of fire balls. Its first playable appearance was in Mario Kart Tour. It has appeared in New Super Mario Bros. Wii in 2009, Paper Mario: Sticker Star in 2012, New Super Mario Bros. U in 2012, New Super Luigi U, New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe in 2019, Puzzle & Dragons: Super Mario Bros. Edition in 2015, Paper Mario: Color Splash in 2016, Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story in 2009, Bowser Jr.'s Journey in 2018, Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga + Bowser's Minions in 2017, Dr. Mario World, Mario Kart Tour in 2019, and Paper Mario: The Origami King in 2020.
