Ilam (Nepali: इलाम Loudspeaker.png Listen (info • help)) is a municipality in the Ilam District of Nepal. It is in the hilly region of Mechi zone in eastern Nepal. It is the headquarters of Mechi Zone and Ilam district. Nepali is spoken there, and English is also spoken in some offices.
