Iwate Museum of Art

The museum's art is created by local artists such as Yorozu Tetsugoro, Matsumoto Shunsuke, and Funakoshi Yasutake.[3]

After the 2011 Tōhoku earthquake and tsunami, all the temporary exhibitions during April 2011- March 2012 were canceled.[4]
