Joy Christopher Duláy
Joy Christopher Dulay (born December 21, 1990) is a Filipino Businessperson and former online streamer based in Quezon City. Dulay is the founder of JCRD Builders.[1]

Early life and career
Dulay was born in Quezon City and grew up in Bagong Silang. He started his early education in a local school and later in 2008, Dulay got his higher education from University of Caloocan. In 2020, he started his career as an online streamer on facebook and other broadcasting platforms.[2] Dulay founded an online video game, RAN Online Pinas in May 2021. He shifted his path in late 2021 to become a businessperson and founded Mang Jack Lechon Manok-Liempo and JCRD Builders.[3] Dulay also served as head of operations at a Philippines based IT company.[4] He met with Deputy Director General of TESDA to discuss partnership regarding educational courses in the Philippines.[5][6]
