Michael Kremer
Michael Robert Kremer (born November 12, 1964)[2] is an American development economist of Jewish descent. He is the Gates Professor of Developing Societies at Harvard University. In 2019 he was jointly awarded the Nobel Memorial Prize in Economics, together with Abhijit Banerjee and Esther Duflo,[3] "for their experimental approach to alleviating global poverty."[4]
