Kaironk big-eyed tree frog

The Kaironk big-eyed tree frog (Nyctimystes foricula) is a tree frog from Papua New Guinea.[1][2][3]

The adult male frog is 40 mm long from nose to rear end and the adult female is 50 mm long. This frog is bright green and sometimes has white spots. It has a white or yellow belly. The veins in its eyes are gold in color. It lives in forests near small streams where the water flows quickly.[3] Scientists found it between 1000 and 2000 meters above sea level.[2]
In the local Kaironk language, this frog is called gojmay.[4]
