Steve Albert

Steve Albert is an American former sportscaster. He is the younger brother of Marv Albert and Al Albert and the uncle of Kenny Albert. He was the lead play-by-play voice of Showtime Championship Boxing. He has been sports anchor for three New York local television affiliates - WNBC-TV, WWOR-TV, and WCBS-TV. He has been a play-by-play voice for the New Jersey Nets, New Orleans Hornets, Phoenix Suns, Cleveland Cavaliers, New York Mets, New York Jets, New York Rangers and New York Islanders. He is the current television voice of the Phoenix Suns starting in 2012.
