Use {{broken wikt link}} when you find a link to Wiktionary that does not have a definition. Use this template instead of the normal link.
Using this template adds pages to Category:Articles with broken Wiktionary links.
Examples
Dead link to Wiktionary:

Replaced with:
{{broken wikt link|title|expanded title}}
Produces:
