Arlette Vincent
Arlette Vincent (born on 9 January 9 1932 - 21 October 2021) is a Belgian television presenter of RTBF
Arlette Vincent was born in Belgium on 9 January 1932. She began her career in 1954 as an announcer at the INR . She passed and passed the television entrance exam. A year later, she moved to Radio Luxembourg. Sshe learned to interview, notably with the program called Une cigarette avec…. She returned to INR some time before the launch of the 1958 World's Fair, where she quickly became a popular presenter.
At RTB , she took part in numerous shows such as Contraste , Magazine F , La Preuve par Quatre or Cinéscope .
She presented, from October 1965, the Belgian television program Le Jardin Extraordinaire , a program by Raymond Dastra with scientific advisor, Edgar Kesteloot .[1][2][3]
She commented on the Eurovision Song Contest on several occasions for INR and RTB. On 19 April 1980, she presented the band Telex representing Belgium, at the competition,
In 1981, she hosted program entitled Plein Jeu accompanied by the puppet "Chandel".[1][4]
In 2006, she appeared in an Amnesty International TV spot to raise awareness of domestic violence .
