Brian A. Joyce
Brian A. Joyce (September 5, 1962 – September 27, 2018) was an American politician. He was a Massachusetts State Senator for the Democratic Party from 1998 to 2017.[1]

On February 23, 2016, Joyce announced that he would not seek re-election to the Massachusetts State Senate for the next term.[2]
Joyce pleaded not guilty in December 2017 to charges including racketeering, money laundering, mail fraud, conspiracy and scheming to defraud the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). Joyce was freed on $250,000 bond.[3]
On September 27, 2018, Joyce was found dead in his home in Westport, Massachusetts, aged 56.[4]
