Ethiopia at the Africa Cup of Nations

Ethiopia used to be a very good team in the African Cup of Nations. They played in every Africa Cup of Nations until the end of 1960s. Ethiopia also won the 1962 tournament when they were hosts.[1] The team would be less successful after the 1960s, however. After 1982, Ethiopia did not qualify for a tournament for 31 years, until 2013.[2]
