Object history
Deutsch: Das Wappen der am 1. Januar 1971 durch Vereinigung gebildeten Gemeinde enthält vereinfachte Wappenbestandteile ihrer beiden Vorgängerinnen. Die auf die Bestückung des Schurwalds hinweisenden, im Vierpass angeordneten Eichen- beziehungsweise Buchenzweige beziehen sich auch auf den Gemeindenamen. Ebenso soll der grüne Dreiberg topografische Gegebenheiten ansprechen. Das Innenministerium hat am 13. Dezember 1971 das Wappen samt der Flagge verliehen.
