Deutsch: Das bereits 1556 verliehene und zuletzt am 12. Dezember 1925 durch das bayrische Innenministerium bestätigte Wappen zeigt den Pfälzer Löwen. Neustadt war Regierungssitz der Kurpfalz. Das Wappen entstammt einem Siegel aus der ersten Hälfte des 14. Jahrhunderts.
