Español: Escudo del municipio de Alcóntar (Almería - España)Según el blasón: Escudo cortado: 1º, Fajado en ondas de plata y azur, en 6 piezas, y brochante un árbol arrancado de sinople. 2º, Partido: 1º Pacheco: En campo de plata dos calderas endentadas en faja de oro y gules, la una sobre la otra, con tres sierpes, de oro, salientes de cada una de las asas, una hacia adentro y dos hacia afuera. 2º Acuña: En campo de sable una banda de oro, cargada -en jefe- de nueve cuñas de azur y -en la punta- de otras nueve de lo mismo, puestas todas en 3, 3 y 3, que es Acuña; y en medio de la banda, de plata, la cruz florenzada de gules que es Pereyra; la bordura, de plata, cargada de cinco escusones de azur, sobrecargado cada uno de cinco besantes de plata, en souter, marcado cada desante de un punto de sable, por Portugal.
