Reason for the nomination:
The map is blatant misinformation without a source. The Balkar lands were not transferred; the republic's name was merely temporarily changed from the Kabardino-Balkarian ASSR to the Kabardin ASSR. The Balkar lands never existed as such; the western part of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic (Zolsky (Nagorny District)) was never part of the Balkar District, the Balkar Autonomous Okrug, or the Balkar Okrug. File:Кабардино-Балкарская АО.png shows a map of the Kabardino-Balkarian Autonomous Okrug before the deportation of the Balkars.

Балкарские земли не были такими, запад КБР(Зольский(Нагорный район)) никогда не был ни в составе Балкарского района, ни в Балкарской АО, ни в Балкарском округе.
