| Description |
English: Time course of drug plasma concentrations over 96 hours following oral administrations every 24 hours (τ). Absorption half-life 1 h, elimination half-life 12 h. Note that in steady state and in linear pharmacokinetics AUCτ=AUC∞. Steady state is reached after about 5 × 12 = 60 hours.
Deutsch: Plasmaspiegel über 96 Stunden nach oraler Verabreichung alle 24 Stunden (τ). Absorptionshalbswertzeit 1 h, Eliminationshalbswertzeit 12 h. Im Fließgleichgewicht (Steady state) gilt bei Vorliegen linearer Pharmakokinetik AUCτ=AUC∞. Der Steady state wird nach etwa 5 Halbwertszeiten (60 h) erreicht. |
