English: President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo greets British Prime Minister, the Rt. Hon. Tony Blair, before their one-on-one meeting at 10 Downing Street, the highlight of the President’s 29-hour visit to London Monday (Jan. 28). During their meeting, the two leaders developed instant rapport having similar views that the fight against global terrorism should be done hand in hand with the fight against poverty.
