Summary

Description
English: Neutron quark structure (ring-shape)
The quark structure of the neutron. There are two down quark in it and one up quark. The strong force is mediated by gluons (wavey). The strong force has three types of charges, the so called red, green and the blue. Note that the choice of blue for the up quark is arbitrary; the "color charge" is thought of a circulating between the three quarks.
