فارسی: یوسف صانعی (متولد ۱۳۱۶ هـ.ش) یکی از مراجع تقلید شیعه در ایران است که بهخاطر فتواها و نگرش نوگرایانهاش بهویژه در مسائل مربوط به حقوق زنان شهرت خاص دارد و به مرجع تقلید اصلاحطلب معروف است. او از ۱۳۶۱ تا ۱۳۶۴ دادستان کل کشور بود.

Whether he is a Marja' (Grand Ayatollah) is disputed. His calls for radical political reform in Iran have been very controversial and in 2010 the government-sponsored "Qom Theological Lecturers Association" (Jame-e-Modarressin) declared him no longer qualified for emulation as a Grand Ayatollah. However, many of his followers continue to consider him their Marja, and this has been acknowledged by several influential Maraji such as Grand Ayatollah Ali al-Sistani, Naser Makarem Shirazi, Abdul-Karim Mousavi Ardebili and Hossein Noori Hamedani.

За усердность и образцовое старание, один из крупнейших религиозных лидеров шиитов того времени — великий аятолла Буруджерди — наградил его особой рекомендацией. С 1955 по 1963, т.e. в то время, когда аятолла Хомейни находился в эмиграции, Саанеи посещал его уроки по хариджу и был одним из его ближайших учеников. Он достиг ранга иджтихада в 22 года, а с 38 лет преподает исламские науки на уровне харидж.
Аятолла Саанеи является одним из видных мусульманских реформаторов, и получил известность своими взглядами о равенстве людей вне зависимости от пола, нации или религии. |
