Bruce Chapman

Bruce Kerry Chapman (born December 1, 1940)[1] is an American researcher, politician and founder and current Chairman of the Board[2] of the Discovery Institute.[3] He is a conservative. From 1975 until 1981, he was the 12th Secretary of State of Washington.
