Telehealth

The company began with a "Smart First Aid Kit" that included a tablet, medical tools, and telemedicine. 19Labs makes a complete telehealth solution that is used by governments in Guyana, Mexico, and multiple U.S. states. The solution integrates diagnostic devices from different partners, their own cloud and device software layer, and uses Zoom [X] for video conferencing.[4][5][6]

In 2023, it launched a project funded by the US Trade Development Agency to expand access to care using the company's platform in rural Mexico using the company’s GALE telemedicine platform [Z].[7]

It also works with companies like Amwell. The company has collaborated with various organisations to bring healthcare to remote areas, including Viasat, Echonous, Zoom, QTMedical, and others.[8][9]

Expansion to Drones

Funded by the IDB Labs [M], and in co-operation with Guyana’s Ministry of Health, the company launched the GALE|Force. The drone can take off and land vertically and can fly long distances without being seen by the operator. It is used to help bring healthcare to people in remote areas.[10][11]
