2018 Kemerovo fire

The 2018 Kemerovo fire was a fire that killed 37 people.^[1] It was at the Winter Cherry complex, a mall in Kemerovo, Russia. The mall opened in 2013. The fire caused shock across the country and led to questions about safety in public buildings.
