"A Well Respected Man" is a 1965 song by English rock band the Kinks and was released in the United Kingdom on the EP Kwyet Kinks. It was also released as a single in the United States and Europe. It went to number 3 in Singapore, number 4 in Canada, number 5 in Sweden, number 6 in the Netherlands, number 7 in South Africa, number 8 in Malaysia, number 11 in Australia, number 13 in the United States, number 20 in Belgium (Flanders) and France and number 36 in Belgium (Wallonia).
