Abel Pacheco
Abel Pacheco de la Espriella (/əˈbɛl pəˈtʃeɪkoʊ/ (
listen) ə-BEL-pə-CHAY-koh; born 22 December 1933) is a Costa Rican politician and psychiatrist. He was President of Costa Rica between 2002 and 2006. He was a member of the Social Christian Unity Party (Partido Unidad Social Cristiana – PUSC).[1]
