Adambakkam
Adambakkam is a neighbourhood (locality) present in the Chennai metropolitan city, Tamil Nadu. This area is a thickly populated area. This is situated near the St. Thomas Mount Railway Station.
Before October 2011, a part of Adambakkam was under Chennai Corporation and the other part under Alandur municipality.But after that was joined totally with Chennai Corporation.[1] The Adambakkam is having its new railway station under construction.
This area has many temples like famous Pazhandi Amman Temple.

St Mark's Catholic Church is an important Catholic Church in Adambakkam.
Karuneegar Street (Northern End), adjacent to the St. Thomas Mount Railway Station, is the business center of Adambakkam and connects Adambakkam to Alandur.
Medavakkam Main Road Northern End lies in Adambakkam.
An Aerial View of the City Link Road. City Link Road is one of the most important roads in Adambakkam.
