Alex McMillan
John Alexander 'Alex' McMillan III (born May 9, 1932) is an American Republican politician . McMillan was born in Charlotte, North Carolina. He was a five term member in the U.S. House of Representatives, representing North Carolina's 9th congressional district from 1985 to 1995.
