Alexander Pochinok
Alexander Petrovich Pochinok (12 January 1958 – 16 March 2014[1] ) was a Russian economist and politician. He was the Minister of Taxes and Levies from 1999 to 2000 and Minister of Labor and Social Development from 2000 to 2004.
