Allan Savory

Clifford Allan Redin Savory (born 15 September 1935) is a Zimbabwean ecologist and livestock farmer. He is the president and co-founder of the Savory Institute. His works focuses on holistic management[1] for resources. His controversial ideas include that livestock are the only ones that can limit desertification.[2]

Prince Charles called him "a remarkable ecologist".[3]
