Alphard
Alphard (designated Alpha Hydrae),[1] is the brightest star in the constellation of Hydra. It is a single giant star, but is cooler than the Sun and larger and more luminous. The star is about 177 light years away from us.
The star has more designations in which of them include; Alfard, Alphart, Kalbelaphard, etc.
