Alto Paraguay
The Alto Paraguay Department (Spanish pronunciation: [ˈalto paɾaˈɣwai̯]; Upper Paraguay; Spanish: Departamento de Alto Paraguay) is a department of Paraguay. The capital is the town of Fuerte Olimpo.
