Anatoly Kvashnin
General of the Army Anatoly Vasiliyevich Kvashnin (Russian: Анатолий Васильевич Квашнин; 15 August 1946 – 7 January 2022) was a Russian general. He was the Chief of the Russian General Staff from 1997 to 2004.
