Ann Robinson

Robinson in 1955

Ann Robinson (May 25, 1929 – September 26, 2025) was an American actress and stunt horse rider. She was best known for her work in the science-fiction classic The War of the Worlds and in the 1954 movie Dragnet.

Robinson was born in Hollywood, California.^[1] She studied at Hollywood High School. In 1987, she married Joseph Valdez.^[2] They divorced in 2017.

Robinson died at her home in Los Angeles on September 26, 2025, at the age of 96. Her death was not announced publicly until May 2026.^[3]
