BBC v HarperCollins Publishers Ltd
BBC v Harper Collins (2010) EWHC 2424 was a 2010 case in English law. The BBC asked that the courts stop HarperCollins from publishing a book by Ben Collins. In the book, Collins revealed that he was 'The Stig' on the BBC's Top Gear. The BBC didn't want people to know this.[1] The BBC lost the case.
