Battle of Okhtyrka
The Battle of Okhtyrka was a military engagement, which began on 24 February 2022, during the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine, as part of the Eastern Ukraine offensive, in the city of Okhtyrka. It is located near the Russia-Ukraine border.

The Russian offensive has been criticized for civilian casualties and the use of cluster bombs and thermobaric weapons which may count as war crimes.[4]
Being unable to take the city, Russian forces pushed back and ended the battle on March 26.[1]
